PLEASE NOTE: This is a closed container. In order to maintain the integrity of the training, participants are not permitted to sleep off-site at accommodations other than what is offered at the venue. Even if you live nearby, the agreement is that everyone stays on-site for the duration of the training.
ABOUT PRICING:
We endeavor to make this powerful training available to as many people as possible, bringing in top leaders in the fields of sacred sexuality, personal development, tantra and shamanism. After core costs are paid 20% of tuition costs go to support the non-profit organization ISTA in its ongoing growth of the field of consciousness and sexuality around the globe. The remaining 80% is divided between coordinators and the 3 facilitators (who are all responsible for covering their own travel costs). Tuition for students includes teachings, accommodation, meals but excludes travel to the venue. Spaces are limited on this retreat and registration will close once we have reached maximum capacity to ensure a supportive participant/assistant/facilitator ratio.
REFUND POLICY:
A commitment to the Spiritual Sexual Shamanic Experience is a deep commitment to yourself. It is assumed that, if you feel drawn to this training, it is no accident. Please notify us immediately in the event that you find yourself needing additional time to prepare for this unique experience.
If for some reason you become unable to attend, you have the following options:

If the world situation changes and we need to cancel the event due to COVID or other restrictions, at least one week before it starts, we will refund all money less our non-refundable expenses (such as administration, venue deposit, food and advertising, etc).
If for some reason you become unable to attend, you have the following options:
1. If cancelling over 45 days before the date of the training, your deposit (and any additional funds paid, minus a $250 admin fee) can be transferred to any future ISTA training. Decision and transfer of funds must be made by the first day of the Sedona training (transfer fees are the responsibility of the participant).
3. If cancelling less than 45 days before the date of the training, your deposit ($600) is forfeited in full. Please let us know as soon as possible if this is the case.
If you have not paid your balance less than 45 days before the first day of the training, the same will apply and your spot may be opened to another participant.
4. If cancelling less than 30 days before the date of the training, your deposit and all payments are forfeited. Please let us know as soon as possible if this is the case.
5. If the training begins and you test positive for COVID or another illness and we need to isolate you, we can offer no refunds or transfers because the costs will all have been paid.
We all take this risk together, and take the steps needed to have a safe training.
